Terms of Service
Last updated: 18 July 2026
1. Who we are
PalletBrain is operated by Vipertech IT Solutions Ltd ("we", "us"), a company registered in the United Kingdom. You can contact us at hello@palletbrain.com. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PalletBrain website and application (the "Service").
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and have authority to bind any business on whose behalf you use the Service.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, are used fraudulently, or present a security risk.
3. Plans and billing
The Free plan is provided at no cost with limited features. Paid plans (Pro, Team, Enterprise) are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis at the prices shown on our pricing page. Team plans are billed per seat with a minimum of two seats.
You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes take effect at your next renewal.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the data you enter into the Service — box types, configurations, team libraries, and calculation inputs ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display Your Content solely to provide the Service, including sharing it with members of a team you choose to share it with.
You are responsible for Your Content and must have the rights to use it. We may remove content that is unlawful or breaches these Terms.
5. Acceptable use
You must not: attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or other users' data; interfere with or disrupt the Service; reverse engineer or resell the Service without our written consent; use the Service to violate any law; or upload malicious code.
6. Calculations are guidance only
PalletBrain produces suggested pallet arrangements based on the dimensions and constraints you provide. Results are provided for planning purposes only. Real-world loading is affected by factors the Service cannot assess — including packaging strength, load securing, handling, vehicle constraints, and applicable transport regulations. You are solely responsible for verifying that any load is safe, stable, legal, and appropriate before use. We accept no liability for damage to goods, equipment, or persons arising from reliance on calculation results.
7. Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify, add, or remove features. If we discontinue the Service, we will give reasonable notice and an opportunity to export Your Content.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, branding, and content (excluding Your Content), is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose (or £50 if you use the Free plan). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profits, goods, or data. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms with notice where practicable. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive (including sections 6, 8, and 9) survive termination.
11. General
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified via the Service or email, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
