Frequently asked questions
Monthly or annual — which should I pick?
Monthly gives you full flexibility with no commitment. Annual gives you two months free (Pro works out at £90 instead of £108). Want to switch later? Email hello@palletbrain.com and we'll move you over, with any difference credited.
How does Team pricing work?
Team is priced per seat — £7 per user per month, or £70 per user per year, with a minimum of 2 seats. Every member gets full Pro features plus the shared team library. Your team admin can add or remove seats at any time from the Team page — added seats are charged pro rata for the rest of the billing period, and removed seats are credited against your next invoice.
Can I move between Pro and Team?
Yes. Upgrading from Pro to Team replaces your Pro subscription — the unused part of Pro is credited to your account and taken off your next team invoice, so you never pay twice. A team admin can also switch back to Pro in the same way (the rest of the team loses their seats when that happens).
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes — you can cancel your subscription at any time. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. All payments are processed securely.
Is there a free trial for Pro?
The Free plan lets you try PalletBrain with no time limit. Upgrade to Pro when you need unlimited box types and saved configurations.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your data is always safe. If you downgrade, your saved configurations and box library are preserved — you just won't be able to add new ones beyond the free tier limits.
