   Clear warning when a payment fails

   • NewContact support form, linked at the bottom of every page. It works even if you can't log in, and we reply by email.
   • NewLost access to the email on your account? Choose "I can't access my account or email" on the support form and we'll help you move it.
   • ImprovedHelp centre answers on changing your email address, and a quicker way to ask us to delete your account.

    Change your email address

    • NewChange the email address on your account from the Account page. For security, we send a confirmation link to both your current and new address.
    • ImprovedReceipts and invoices automatically go to your new address once the change is confirmed.

    Easier calculator on phones

    • ImprovedBigger, clearer Boxes, Setup, 3D View and Results tabs on phones, each with an icon.
    • ImprovedThe "bigger screen" tip on phones now only appears once, and is shorter.
    • FixedScrolling the Results on a phone now runs smoothly to the export buttons without moving the page header out of view.

    • NewPay for Pro and Team in pounds, US dollars or euros. Prices are shown in your local currency automatically, and you can switch on the Pricing page before you subscribe.
    • ImprovedThe site footer, with links to guides, help and pricing, now appears on every public page, including the help centre.

    • NewQuick pallet calculator: work out how many boxes of one size fit on a UK, Euro or US pallet in seconds, with no signup.

    • ImprovedFreight class estimates now use the NMFC density scale in force since July 2025, including the new classes 55 and 50.

    Team plans, seats and a new help centre

    • NewTeam admins choose how many seats they need when they subscribe, and can add or remove seats at any time from the Team page. Added seats are charged pro rata; removed seats are credited.
    • NewMove between Pro and Team without paying twice: the unused part of your old plan is credited to your account automatically.
    • NewTeam invites now reserve a seat, and the invite email takes people straight to log in or sign up (with their email filled in).
    • NewHelp centre with searchable guides on the calculator, box library, teams and billing.
    • NewYour current plan is shown at the top of every page, one click from Plans & Pricing.
    • New"New Setup" button in the calculator for a clean start, next to Save Setup and Load Setup.
    • ImprovedShared team boxes and configurations can be changed by the person who added them or a team admin; everyone else sees them as view only.
    • ImprovedClearer billing: renewal and end dates on your account and dashboard, and a simple way to renew if you change your mind.
    • ImprovedTeam members are shown by name on the Team page, and Sign Out is available on every page.
    • FixedThe Free plan box-type limit now applies however boxes are added.
    • FixedStarting a new setup now clears the 3D view.

    Subscriptions, freight density and overhang warnings

    • NewPro and Team subscriptions, monthly or annual, with secure payment by Stripe and a self-service billing page for cards, invoices and cancelling.
    • NewFreight density (PCF) and an estimated NMFC freight class for each pallet when working in inches (Pro and Team).
    • NewOverhang warning when any box extends past the pallet edge, flagged per pallet.
    • ImprovedDensity, freight class and overhang details are included in PDF and CSV exports.

    • NewSwitch between centimetres and inches in Pallet Setup. Your choice is remembered, and existing values are converted rather than reset.
